EP 56: Super Bowl 50...not L for Loser (featuring guest Mike Schneider)

Guest Mike Schneider joins the bench and teams up with Mason tp face Markkus & Josh in this game hosted by Dan. In it we learn about the lyrics from the Rocky theme song, who the last switch hitter to win the AL MVP was, Jim Brown was REALLY good, and who played the characters in the SNL Da Bears skit. 

EP 55: Tony Gwynn Karate Champion (featuring guest Bevan Narinesingh)

Although he claimed that he wasn't much of a sports trivia person, evidently our guest Bevan had competed on Sports Jeopardy, and it definitely showed! Bevan took up residence in Dan’s Mind Palace as he teamed up with him to face Scott and JJ in a game hosted by Matt. In it we learned a little bit about trick plays, that Matt is unable to count syllables, and that there may have been a movie where Air Bud was a washed up wide receiver. Also, surprise surprise! Matt can ACTUALLY write questions about modern sports topics! 

EP 54: Famed Defenseman Bea Arthur and Legendary European Footballer Peter Criss (featuring Equipment Manager Pate Hogan)

Pate Hogan joins the Bench to team up with Eric against Mason and our newest official Benchwarmer, Markkus Ellis. Josh hosts a game that includes flavor text about Ice Dancers(Yes, Ice Dancers), MORE Minnesota questions, and a new way to identify Snowboarders, courtesy of our guest. Josh also debuted a brand new quarter style, so follow along and enjoy!

EP 53: Matt's Mind Closet (featuring guest Ian Hollenberg)

Equipment Manager Ian Hollenberg joined the bench and was unfortunately teamed up with Matt to face Dan & Scott in a game hosted by JJ. In it we learned that Ian and Matt are NOT a good pair for pre & post game, evidently Ferrari has a nickname and a very clever missing link round causes Matt to come to a harsh realization.

EP 52: Darryl, Doc & Dinos (featuring Assistant Coach Markkus Ellis)

Assistant Coach and, spoiler, then future Benchwarmer, Markkus Ellis joined the bench and teamed up with Scott against Eric & Josh. Mason hosts and in this episode we learn: which Roy Williams was a bust, Nadia and Young & The Restless had the same theme song, Jamal MaGloire's last name is not pronounced MaGLaurie, and the 1986 Met's had a lot of fictitious thoughts about dinosaurs. 

EP 51: You've Never Heard of Ben Hogan? (featuring guest Brandon Reese)

Head Coach Brandon Reese joined the bench teaming up with Scott to play a game hosted by Dan. JJ and Matt team up to face them and in this episode we learn: It's never too late for water polo, Scott read a book as a kid, Bobby Boucher played for the Oilers and somehow Wile E Coyote gets his first mention on the show. 

EP 50 How are you on your World Series? (featuring Assistant Coaches Josh North & Michael Searles)

Josh hosts a game with an “Old School” theme. Assistant Coaches Michael Searles and Josh North join us for this episode. In it, we find out if Josh can stump Eric with a question about a tight end and if Dan can find that thing in his mind palace he thought he lost, but the real question of the day is, "How do you feel about baseball?".

EP 49: Its not delivery, it’s DiPietro (featuring guest host & Assistant Coach Trevor Hogg)

Assistant Coach Trevor Hogg joins the bench to guest host an awesome game. Matt and Scott team up to face off against Dan and JJ, who may or may not be able to co-exist long enough to finish the episode. In the episode we learn that Matt knows NOTHING about strikeout leaders, there is more discussion on that truly amazing man Dick Weber, and Scott & Matt cheer aggressively when they get an answer wrong in the 3rd quarter.

EP 48: "I was told there would be college wrestling questions" (featuring guest Cheyenne Fletcher & guest host Joe O'Brien)

Guest Cheyenne Fletcher joined the bench teaming up with Matt for this game hosted by guest Joe O'Brien against Josh & Eric. Joe crafted a fantastic game that included explanations of the difference between a kettlebell & a dumbbell, Josh & Cade McNown and Jack Parkman & Goose Gossage.

EP 47: Trajan Horse (featuring guest Sam Carr)

Sam Carr from the Hollywood Cast Connection podcast joined the bench to team up with Scott. They faced Dan & Matt in a game hosted by Eric. In the game, we learned that 60 looks like 6 with the degrees symbol, that we CANNOT let Eric's wife listen to any episodes ever, and that George Costanza was an aggressive base runner. We also confirm that Eric loves to sneak hockey questions into games just to mess with Scott.
